Payments Policy
Each tour has a deposit of $750 per person which is payable at booking. The balance of payment is due 90 days prior to the start of the tour.

Non USA Payments
Most of our tours are listed in US dollars but if you want to pay in your local currency by the bank debit method then it is as easy as selecting the flag of your country’s currency on the top right of the window when you are making payment. Alternatively, you can request our $US account details to make a wire transfer from outside the USA.
2nd Participant Payments
A booking will only show under the account of the person who made the booking, not the second participant. There are 2 options for payment in this case -
Timings
The payment timing will stay the same, with a deposit of $750 pp payable at booking and the balance payable by 90 days before the tour starts. You will receive an automated reminder 30 days before the balance is due.We believe this new system will streamline your booking experience. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your booking, you need to confirm the cancellation in writing by email or letter. If you contact Iberian Wine Tours prior to confirming your cancellation we can advise you of the cancellation charges applicable to your situation. The cancellation charge is based on the number of days prior to the starting day of the trip booked. The charges are per person cancelling, as follows:
90 days or more – loss of deposit
89-60 days or more – 25%
59-30 days – 50%
29 days or less – 100%
Refund Policy
From time to time, tours do not reach the minimum number of bookings necessary to make the trip viable. We reserve the right to cancel or alter a tour in these circumstances. If we cancel the tour or make substantial alterations, we will advise you at least 60 days before departure and will offer you alternative dates or a full refund.
Day 1 – Sun 20 June
Meet at the Fitzwilliam Hotel in Dublin for the first night of our tour. After checking in, enjoy a short introductory walk before gathering for a welcome dinner with acclaimed wine writer Raymond Blake at Cellar 22 wine bar on St Stephen's Green. We'll sample wines from some of our tour destinations while Raymond shares fascinating stories of Dublin's wine and whiskey heritage. D
Day 2 – Mon 21 June
Leave Dublin and travel south into County Tipperary, stopping at Cashel Blue for a tasting of their award-winning farmhouse cheeses, followed by lunch in the historic town of Cashel. Continue to the renowned Ballymaloe Country House in County Cork, our home for the next two nights. Settle in before enjoying dinner at the hotel. B/L/D
Day 3 – Tues 22 June
This morning, enjoy a behind-the-scenes visit to Midleton Distillery, home to some of Ireland's finest and most famous whiskeys. Following a guided tour and tasting, enjoy a light lunch at the distillery. There is some free time before going to the world-renowned Ballymaloe Cookery School for a hands-on cookery class, followed by dinner showcasing the school's celebrated farm-to-table philosophy. Day 4 – Wed 23 June
After breakfast, check out of Ballymaloe and travel to Cork for a guided walking food tour, including a visit to the famous English Market. Continue west to Galway and check in to the Park House Hotel before enjoying a wonderful Spanish-Irish tapas-style dinner at Cava. B/L/D
Day 5 – Thur 24 June
Depart Galway and drive to the magnificent Cabra Castle, where we'll enjoy lunch and a tour of this impressive historic property. Continue to Belfast and check in to the elegant Merchant Hotel before a relaxed light dinner at Bert's Jazz Bar. B/L/D
Day 6 – Fri 25 June
Travel to Londonderry for a guided walk along the historic City Walls, including visits to locations featured in Derry Girls. Enjoy a brewery visit followed by lunch at the Walled City Brewery. Later, continue to Bushmills for a special private visit and tasting before taking the scenic coastal route via Ballycastle back to Belfast. The evening is free to explore at your leisure. B/L
Day 7 – Sat 26 June
Visit Northern Ireland's acclaimed artisan producer, Shortcross Gin, for a tasting. Continue to the shores of Strangford Lough, where we learn the art of making local breads. Enjoy a light lunch featuring freshly baked breads and regional produce before returning to Belfast. This evening, celebrate our final night with dinner at Michelin-starred Ox, regarded as Northern Ireland's premier restaurant. B/L/D
